Business Operations & Executive Partnership
You built the business.I help build the structure that keeps it growing.
Growth reveals the gaps that small teams once absorbed without a second thought. I work alongside founders and leadership teams to build the systems that reduce friction, create clarity, and give leaders room to breathe.
A thirty-minute conversation about where your operations are straining. No pitch, no proposal — just a clearer picture of what to address first.

- 20+ years inside growing companies

The Challenges I Help Solve
The situations founders and leadership teams recognize before they have a name for them.
When every question still lands on your desk…
Leaders often become the default answer for everything. I help build the processes, documentation, and operating structure that allow teams to move confidently without waiting on one person.
When your business depends too much on one person…
Critical knowledge living with a single person creates real risk. I create systems, resources, and standards that make the company stronger and less dependent on who happens to be available that day.
When everyone has a different way of doing the same job…
Inconsistency drains time, creates confusion, and makes accountability feel personal instead of structural. I establish clear expectations and repeatable processes so the work itself becomes reliable.
When you’ve outgrown the way you’ve always done things…
What worked at ten people rarely works at thirty. I help leadership teams build the next version of their operating structure before the gaps become costly.
When your team keeps solving the same problems…
Recurring issues usually point to missing systems, not missing effort. I find the underlying cause and put in place the structure that keeps those problems from returning.
When growth has outpaced your internal structure…
More clients, more people, and more complexity expose what used to hold together informally. I create the clarity and rhythm that let the business grow without coming apart at the seams.

Impact
Building businesses from the inside.
A few moments from my career where the right structure changed the trajectory of an organization.
When rapid growth outpaced structure
A Human Resources function where there had been none — built from the ground up, with policies, processes, documentation, and employee resources that gave the organization a foundation it could grow into rather than grow out of.
When documentation didn’t exist
A single source of truth where confusion used to live — a 47-page employee handbook, standard operating procedures for every department, cash accounting policies, and benefit packages that gave employees clarity about what they had and what to expect.
When financial operations fell behind
Months of accounting backlog cleared and payroll steadied. I brought order to the day-to-day financial workflow so the team could move forward without carrying the past.
When executives needed a trusted partner
Leaders with their time back. I worked alongside executive leadership to identify problems, develop practical solutions, and improve the processes that keep the business running — freeing them to focus on what only they can do.
How I Partner With Organizations
The right shape depends on where you are.
Full-Time Leadership
Joining as a Director of Operations, VP of People & Culture, or Chief of Staff — building structure, managing teams, and supporting executive decisions day-to-day.
Executive Partnership
A dedicated right hand to a founder or CEO: handling operations, HR, special projects, and the details that keep leadership focused on what matters most.
Strategic Initiatives
A focused engagement to solve a specific problem — implement a new HRIS, document core processes, clean up accounting workflow, or stand up a department.
Advisory Relationships
Ongoing guidance for leadership teams that need a reliable operations voice — without the overhead of a full-time hire.
Why Me
“Operations isn’t about control. It’s about clarity.”
Twenty years inside growing companies across hospitality, logistics, cannabis, coffee, and fintech — most recently leading HR for roughly 250 people across multiple states and international locations, working alongside the CEO on the decisions that shaped it.
What has stayed constant is the care I bring to the people inside the work. Employers become long-term relationships, because I show up as a dependable support system — someone who listens, adapts, and keeps going until the problem is actually solved.

What Working Together Looks Like
No proposals to decode. Just a clear look at what’s straining and what to do first.
One
A conversation
Thirty minutes, no pitch. You describe what’s straining; I ask the questions that surface the cause.
Two
An honest read
I look at how work actually moves — who holds what, where it stalls, what lives only in someone’s head.
Three
A plan, and the help to run it
We agree on what matters first, and I build it alongside your team — full-time, project, or advisory.
From there the shape follows the need — a full-time leadership role, a defined project, or an ongoing advisory relationship. One path, decided together.
Great businesses aren’t built by working harder forever. They’re built by creating systems that continue working when you can’t.
Let’s build yours.
Next step
Let’s start a conversation.
A thirty-minute call. No pitch. Tell me what you’re building and where it’s straining, and you’ll leave with a clearer view of what to address first.
